Agreement
By using Branfam ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by 521 Solutions ("we", "us").
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account (child profiles are managed by adults)
- One person per account — don't share login credentials
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Subscriptions & Payments
- Free accounts have feature limits as described on our pricing page
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Branfam (events, tasks, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and display this content to provide the Service to you and your household members.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for data loss, though we maintain regular backups.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 521 Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
